OPEN POSITIONS

  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part Time
    WORK HOURS: Weekend and Evening availability. Up to 15 hours a week.
    SALARY & BENEFITS: $17.60 / hour plus free gym membership, Gym Exchange and retail discounts

    Conquer Climbing is looking for someone who can help support our mission, and build a safe and inclusive space for all levels and abilities to have fun and get fit on the walls while making and meeting friends.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Provide excellent customer service

    • Assist in facilitate group climbs, and birthday parties

    • Protect our customers and staff by following gym policies and procedures

    • Answer Phones, take messages, and answer general inquiries

    • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment for all patrons and staff

    • Operate a cash register and computerized point-of-sale (POS) system

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Flexible schedule

    • Must possess fundamental climbing skills

    • Approachable and energetic personality 

  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part Time
    WORK HOURS: Evening and Weekend availability. Up to 32 hours per week.
    SALARY & BENEFITS: $18 / hour plus free gym membership, Gym Exchange and retail discounts

    Conquer Climbing is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and help support our mission. The ideal candidate will help build a safe and inclusive space for all levels and abilities to have fun and get fit on the walls while making and meeting friends.  This role is part of our Supervisory team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Lead, train and supervise gym staff

    • Greet and assist guests and members in any inquiries, payments and registrations

    • Promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all gym users

    • Contribute to and ensure all protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe gym environment

    • Facilitate groups for events, classes, and birthday parties

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Customer-focused attitude with ideally a passion for climbing

    • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

    • Strong work ethic; self-motivated with problem solving abilities and attention to detail 

    • Team player with great interpersonal skills

    • CPR/First aid certified highly desired
